The Curved Needle Testing System is designed for testing the needles used in wound closure and surgical procedures. It can be used to perform curved needle puncture testing per ASTM F3014 and cantilever bend testing. The curved needle puncture testing fixture is used to evaluate needle sharpness and coating durability, and the needle bend testing fixture is used to evaluate the flexural properties of a needle during use.
